Submission Guidelines

Abstract Requirements

Length: 250-300 words
Format: Microsoft Word or PDF
Must include: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Keywords
Clearly indicate the preferred presentation type (Oral/Poster)
Use the official abstract template (available in Downloads)

Full Paper Requirements

Length: 6-8 pages (excluding references)
Format: IEEE conference paper format
Original, unpublished work
Plagiarism check: <20% similarity
At least one author must register and present

Review Process

All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. Authors will be notified of the review decision via email.
