ICEAM 2026 invites researchers, scientists, and engineers to submit abstracts and full papers on all aspects of energy and advanced materials. Selected papers will be presented during the conference and considered for publication in conference proceedings.

Submission Guidelines

Abstract Requirements

  • Length: 250-300 words
  • Format: Microsoft Word or PDF
  • Must include: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Keywords
  • Clearly indicate the preferred presentation type (Oral/Poster)
  • Use the official abstract template (available in Downloads)

Full Paper Requirements

  • Length: 6-8 pages (excluding references)
  • Format: IEEE conference paper format
  • Original, unpublished work
  • Plagiarism check: <20% similarity
  • At least one author must register and present

Review Process

All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. Authors will be notified of the review decision via email.
