settings Selection Process

  • Nomination: Self-nomination or nomination by colleagues, advisors, or department heads
  • Review: Awards committee will review all nominations based on innovation, impact, and presentation quality
  • Shortlisting: Finalists will be notified before the conference
  • Presentation: Award ceremony will be held during the closing session on October 10, 2026

To apply for any award, please submit the following:

  • Completed award application form
  • Full paper or extended abstract (for oral/poster awards)
  • Copy of PhD certificate (for thesis award)
  • CV and publications list
  • Two recommendation letters
